Ingredient Lists, Poems, Lots of Text.

Q. Can I have ingredients or our address printed on my labels?
A. Yes, you can order text labels. They are shown on the shapes pages. Text labels are designed for additional text such as ingredients, your story, guest list, etc. Also, some beer and wedding labels are available in a 4 w x 3 1/4 h size, which has areas for up to 400 characters of side text.

Q. Can I have something printed on the backs of my favor tags or hang tags?
A. Yes, you may order black-ink only printing or art on the backs of your tags. (The backs of the tags are plain white.) There is no pre-defined limit to the number of words that can be printed on the back of the tags, but please bear in mind the limitations imposed by the size and shape of the tag when choosing your text. There is an additional charge of $5 per set to print on the back. Just ask in the special instructions box when you place your order.

Q. What is the best way to be sure the labels are put on straight?
A. Lay the container on its side on a flat surface so you can look down at it. Peel the label off the carrier sheet. Hold the label at the top center and the bottom center edges, visually line it into position above the container, then carefully press onto the surface at those points. Rub it down carefully from the center out to the edges.

Q. I bought some bottles of beer and wine and want to put my own custom labels on them, but I have to remove the existing labels. What is the best way to do that?
A. There are several types of adhesives used to apply labels to bottles. The most common is a water-soluble adhesive, which can be removed by soaking the bottles - labels submerged - in warm, soapy water. They will usually slip off after a few minutes. If not, allow them to soak in the warm soapy water overnight. If a petroleum-based adhesive is used, heat the label with a hair dryer to soften the adhesive. If this does not work, soak the bottles - labels submerged - overnight in hot, soapy water. They will generally have softened enough to scrub off.
