Beer Bread Mix
        • 3-1/4 cups flour
        • 3 tsp thyme
        • 1-1/2 tsp rosemary
        • 1-1/2 tsp sage
        • 1 tsp salt
        • 1 Tbsp sugar
        • 3 tsp baking powder
        Mix all ingredients well.

To make beer bread:

Pour beer bread mix into a bowl and add the contents of a 12 oz. bottle of beer that has been brought to room temperature. Stir briefly until mixed, and pour dough into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Brush top with melted butter during the last ten minutes of baking. Really good served warm.

Package beer bread mix in tin-tie (coffee style) bags and affix any style label in shape 05, 07, or 16. It's an even more impressive gift when accompanied with a bottle (or a 4-pack) of your home brewed beer.
