Q. What if I make a mistake typing in my order. What will happen if I do?

A. We understand that sometimes mistakes happen. If it’s your mistake, we’ll reprint for half price plus shipping. If it’s our mistake we’ll reprint and ship at no charge. In either case, we’ll expedite your order to get it to you as quickly as possible.

Q. What if I'm not happy with my order?

A. We want you to be absolutely delighted with your order, and our money-back guarantee proves it. We have the only money-back guarantee in the personalized products business! If for any reason you are dissatisfied, please email us within 30 days or return the items within 30 days. Please include a note explaining the reason for the return. We’ll be happy to either correct and reprint your order or refund your purchase price, excluding shipping charges.

We refund the purchase price of returned items when we receive them. If you return your order and request that we reprint (with changes/corrections), you would pay only for shipping. If we have made a mistake we’ll reprint and ship at no charge. Your replacement order will be expedited to get them to you as quickly as possible.

Sorry, we can’t refund rush orders, special requests, or orders held for more than 30 days.

We reprint at no charge...

• if it is our error, miscount, etc.

• if the shape or style does not work with your plan, we will reprint with your change; you mail the original order back to us. If the reprint must be rushed for an event, we will temporarily charge your card and ship you the replacements; when we receive the returned items that did not work, we will credit your charge card. We do not refund shipping charges.

• to change the color - if you need an exact color match, the color match charge of $15 will be applied. If you need it to match a previous order, send in a sample of the previous order - there is no color match charge for this. We will reprint with your change; you mail the original order back to us. If the reprint must be rushed for an event, we will temporarily charge your card and ship you the replacements; when we receive the returned items that did not work, we will credit your charge card. We do not refund shipping charges.

• if you didn’t receive your package. We first check with UPS and USPS, and ask you to double-check all possible hiding places and check with other members of the household, neighbors, etc.

• we rush printing and shipping (at no extra charge to you) if needed to arrive in time for an event.

We give refunds...

• on regular orders (not special requests) if you contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We do not refund shipping charges.

• if you do not like your order for any reason, including color, shape, font, the way the letters look, etc., you may return the order (or part of the order). When we receive it, we will credit your charge card. We do not refund shipping charges.

• Your purchase price will be credited to the charge card used to place the order. We refund within one business day after your order arrives at My Own Labels, but it may take the bank several days before the refund shows on your account.

No refunds...

• on special request orders, including font changes, color changes, text exceeding the standard character limits, and adding special art or photos.

• on shipping charges.

• if you notify us more than 30 days after receiving your order.

• on Rush orders.
